IT Management does not support installing home computers, nor does it answer questions about software on home computers. The support is strictly limited to correcting faults relating to the network. If you have problems with your own computer equipment, you need to seek support from a third party, like for example Citizens Computer Help A.K.A Kansalaisen mikrotuki, which is free of charge.

IT Management's reception is open from 8 to 16 at the 4th floor in Educarium and from 8.30 to 16.30 (friday 8.30-15.30) at the Turku school of economics building.

Problems and questions concerning Student Village Network connection, are answered from email address netmaster@yok.fi. Emails are processed in arrival order. During the busiest seasons there might be some delay on message replies, please be patient.
